We want you and your dog to be happy with Wellix. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at sidekickpetco@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
